Färskvaror consists of 12 pages and contains a unique combination of inspiring information about meat, meat products, fish and poultry. The magazine contains inserted promotional leaflets Skafferiet and Lunchbladet and is published 6 times per year, covering about 14,000 customers all over the country. Färskvaror targets private restaurants and provides inspiring information and news about our producers, knowledge in the restaurant business, and promotional products.

Lunchbladet is an insert in Färskvaror and focuses on attractive prices for canteens and restaurants specializing in serving lunches. Färskvaror, Skafferi and Lunchbladet are effective tools for strengthening the position of Martin & Servera as an expert in this segment. Färskvaror, Skafferi and Lunchbladet are available for download on our website and the target group can find all current promotional offers in our e-commerce.

Skafferiet (the Pantry)

Skafferiet is a promotional insert with Lunchbladet which attached to each issue of Färskvaror. It is published 6 times per year and covers approximately 14,000 customers all over the country. Skafferiet targets private restaurants and focuses on attractive prices for restaurants specializing in serving lunches and canteens. The leaflet contains approximately 46 articles with a focus on pantry and frozen goods.

Kök & matsal 2021 (Kitchen & dining room)

Kök & matsal is a campaign magazine focusing on restaurant equipment and non food. It is published 3 times per year and reaches approximately 23,000 customers all over the country. The magazine consists of 40 pages and contains a mix of inspiration, reportages, news, knowledge, sustainability and attractive offers. In the magazine, the reader can access both customer and supplier reportages as well as ads with and without promotional prices.

Kök & Matsal creates awareness of our wide assortment in the equipment and non-food segment and it is an important sales tool for the sales department. Kök & matsal is available for download on our website, and all current promotional products are presented in our e-commerce.

Sommargäster and Julbordet 2021 (Summer guests and Christmas edition)

The promotional magazines Sommargäster and Julbordet cover approximately 15,000 customers and target summer restaurants and restaurants hosting Christmas events. Den goda måltiden targets Martin & Servera customers in the public sector (healthcare & education). The content includes editorials, industry news and promotional campaign products. The magazine is published three times a year and it is distributed to all customers in the public sector (approximately 12 000 addresses) through the post, and digitally on martinservera.se. It is also distributed at conventions, events and sales meetings.

Café & bageri is published 5 times per year and covers approximately 3000 cafés, bakeries and patisseries all over the country. It includes 8 pages of inspiring content, news and promotional products depending on season and holidays. The focus on topics are such as Easter, Graduation Day and Christmas with related to these holidays’ products.

Promotional magazine Vi ses i butiken is published 13 times a year and reaches 10,000- 31,000 customers depending on the issue. Its purpose is too offer food experience, drive sales, increase customers’ profitability and create interest in news in stores. There is a clear price focus in communication. The target group is private restaurants and targeted customer offers such as e.g. pizzerias and cafes.

Vi ses i butiken is also available in Martin & Serveras Restaurangbutiker, on the website and in newsletters that are sent in connection with each new edition.

Our website visit approximately 25,000 customers per month: 18,000 are unique visitors and 55,000 page views. With the new design and integrated campaign offers, the traffic has increased since the launch, and we have more visible, easily accessible offers.

On the website, you reach customers both on the start page and the campaign page with great opportunities to create purchasing needs.

Along with our postal mailings, we carry out a number of digital campaigns, both through newsletters (e-mails) and on the website.

Two newsletters
In our two newsletters, we primarily focus on specific target groups. They are based on buying behavior in the store, as well as on the relevant offer for customers in a particular business area. We will also reach members of the Food Club (private individuals). The newsletters reach approximately 35,000 customers.

Newsletter Vi ses i butiken is released at the beginning of Vi ses I butiken campaign. It consists of a selection of ads from the magazine, other clips and inspiring content and information about what is happening in the store.

Newsletter Färskvaror is released every other week. It consists of a number of ads in the categories fruit & vegetables and fresh meat (meat details), as well as inspiring content.
